I do not know anything about the Future Folk so I will be posting the character descriptions from Elfquest.com. If
anyone has anything on anyone els from the future that I can post to make this more complete I would be greatfull. I didn't
have any pictures to post either, at least no handy, I will update it when I can with those photos.
                                    Jink - a shape-shifting descendant of
the elves who lived in Cutter's time. Jink surrenders to her emotions, living for the moment. To Jink, life is not to be taken
seriously unless absolutely necessary. Highly sensual, always ready for a tumble in the furs (or whatever else you have handy),
Jink is easily distracted by someone like the psychic "tweak," Kullyn Kenn. Often tagging along on an escapade just for "smoochies,"
she has advised Kullyn, "the best way to survive an adventure is to enjoy it." Jink is wild but truly in love with Kullyn.
Jink's ability for limited teleportation, called "jinking," has gotten her out of many a scrape. When encountering humans,
Jink usually selfshapes her features to appear to be one of them.
Kllyn Kenn - an Ensign in Skyward with
"tweaked" psychic abilities. Bellambara once said that Kullyn had "honesty, frank curiosity, a good heart..." Kullyn translated
the compliment to mean that he was "expendable." The Doma, on the other hand, considered Kullyn impertinent, but had her uses
for him anyway. Given the task of tracking down the mysterious Jink, he fell in love with her the moment he saw her picture,
and accepted the mission just to meet her. Jink sees Kullyn as having "a lovely mind, full of interesting eddies and currents."
Chandra Davenkee - an outer colonist with
mysterious powers. She also has a hard time during high gees, losing consciousness, and in extreme cases going into cardiac
arrest. Chandra's approach to engineering is more academic; she knows her theory. Having the colonial mindset toward Skyward
                                    - that is, they aren't to be trusted, she briefly transferred her dislike to Cosmo when she discovered his identity as a Wayfair
cadet. Chandra is attracted to Cosmo, and there have been one or two intimate moments, yet when Chandra thought she was looking
death in the face it was Scorch whom she tried to seduce.
                                    Cosmo Luricahn - (LURE-uh-can)
was a promising Skyward cadet before he lost his commission because of his aunt's "subversive" activities. He is the leader
of The Rebels and a wizard with security systems. Cosmo takes his role as leader seriously, and would do anything to protect
his friends. He is a bit straitlaced, retaining something of the Skyward mentality though he is no longer at the Academy,
Cosmo has mellowed since joining The Rebels, though he retains his discomfort dealing with criminals like L'Cota and Quaino.
The relationship between Cosmo and Chandra has been growing, and bodes interestingly for the future.
Rosie - a genetically altered Preserver,
and retains a Preserver's slightly manic personality, speech patterns and selective racial memories. She lacks wings, but
does have four fingers as did her genetic ancestors. Rosie resembles her namesake, her red "hair" (or whatever it is) resembling
a rose surrounding her face. Rosie is loyal to her friends and often surprisingly wise in her observations.
                                    Scortch Chirell - a hot-headed throwback
to a more romantic time. He fantasizes about stealing spaceships and terrorizing the star-system as a pirate. His first love
is racing, which may explain why his approach to engineering is more elbow grease than experience and more by sound and feel
than following schematics. As Cosmo says of Scorch, "He reads like a demon, though, and he can rebuild an engine with a pocket
knife and a shoe string." Chandra considers him "compact" but rather obnoxious.
Shimmer - a cybernetic construct with a dubious
past. The Neverending dismantled Shimmer and reconstructed him to serve their own ends. Shimmer took on piloting duties for
the Cam Triompe. After receiving a grievous injury, The Rebels had to go to the Neverending's Mothership Repair Heart, as
the damaged components were those implanted by the alien race. There, Shimmer was repaired and reprogrammed by the machine/room/entity.
During this work, Shimmer lost his sight and gained a new purpose, becoming a Binder. His duties were now to uphold justice
                                    and good social order.
Cam Triompe - A legondary explorer
of the World of Two-Moons. He took the trouble of learning the elves language but wasn't as fluent as he thought he was.
